Lease Spotter – Finding A Hunting Lease

AHLA

Since I wrote a couple posts on leasing hunting land and also specified the site I love to use as my #1 resource “The American Hunting Lease Association“, I would like to show you how simple it is to visit their site and find a lease!

Landowner or Hunter

Are you a landowner, looking to make some money by posting your property here on the site for people to see?

Are you a hunter, trying to find that perfect piece of land to shoot your next trophy?

Where To?

Pick the state or states you are looking to find your lease in.  You can also add acreage and a price range.

Go through all the listings for the states you have chosen for a basic overview of each property.

Descriptions

Click the “see more” button to get the specifics which normally includes plenty of pictures of the property and some of the deer taken off it!

Finalize the Deal

Click on the “contact leasing company” button and you are done.  It really is aAHLA2 super easy process and there are many properties to choose from across our great country!  As you can see, the prices vary depending on acreage but it also gives you the maximum amount of hunters allowed.  So if it’s a $2000 dollar lease with 4 maximum hunters, you can do the math…only $500 each.

The only other thing I want to add is if you are going to spend the money on a lease, spend the little bit extra for the lease insurance!  $185 bucks is nothing compared to the peace of  mind and the actual coverage you do get with American Hunting Lease Association!

Please check it out, let me know how it goes,  and happy Lease Hunting!

Yours in Hunting,

Spence
